- Please have your proof of purchase handy (like your order confirmation email).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, but it’s not mandatory.
How to Return an Item:
- Get in Touch: Drop us an email at within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and why you’d like to return the item.
- Package It Up: Securely package your item to protect it during transit—reusing the original packaging is a great idea!
- Send It Back: Use a trackable shipping service (if possible) and send your return to the address we provide in our instructions.
Refunds Made Simple:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your returned item in good condition.
- Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
A Few Things We Can’t Accept:
We’re unable to process returns for:
