Shipping policy

At Matcha Life our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We want to ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We always aim to dispatch all our orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We then hand the orders and control from that point on over to one of our delivery partners.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. UK orders will usually be received within 5 working days at the latest. International delivery is usually received within 10 working days.
• If you have any concerns about the delivery time for your order please get in touch, however please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders, and 15 working days for international orders, as we usually can't take any action with couriers until after that period of time. Some orders just take a little bit longer from time to time, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of year like Christmas.
